book a sessionAt Center of Gravity Psychotherapy, I believe that finding balance isn’t about standing still, but learning to move through life’s changes while staying connected to yourself. My approach emphasizes emotional expression, the connection between mind and body, and creating a safe space to feel, reflect, and grow. Together, we can explore your feelings and work toward feeling more grounded, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.
gentle, grounded, curious about you.
I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with nine years of clinical experience. My approach combines traditional talk therapy with an exploration of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, creating space for greater self-understanding and personal growth.
I grew up dancing and discovered early on how movement can be a powerful outlet for emotional expression and connection. Dance has shaped the way I understand myself. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy spending time at the park with my dog at sunset, traveling to new places, and being on the water—places and experiences that help me slow down and reconnect with the present moment. And while I love staying active, I have an equal appreciation for doing absolutely nothing sometimes, especially when it involves getting lost in a good TV series.
